This is definitely one of the most exciting heroes to play since It feels good to play, that’s for sure, but having Varian so squishy feels a little wrong… I am a little torn on this, as I know exactly how you feel, it is the main reason I don’t really play Smash build, but at the same time, a strong dive hero shouldn’t be too tanky. It doesn't hurt the other builds because they always took High-King's Quest for more damage than heroic strike in the first place. Hmmm, I think that Colossus Smash is the best build to go for as it has the most team fight potential. It allows you to delete someone or 100%-10% someone right at the start of the fight once you hit 16 (little less damage earlier). Smash, aa, charge/stun, aa, Lion's maw and boom that hero is almost dead if not outright dead.

talents & builds stats Arms Warriors gear (PvP) - â€¦ Arms for pvp fury for pve. oder. also applied by Colossus Smash, making it fairly easy to keep active. that works well with Arms Varian's slower basic attack speed.
